Thank God 4 Kids

Just finishing up my creation for the day. I have been wanting to do something with these lyrics for a long time. I love this song and always have but it is so much more meaniful to me now that I have children of my own.

If I never have anything in this life, it's ok because I have been so very blessed to be a mother. Truly the greatest gift imaginable. I guess my favorite verse is the one "Daddy (I changed mine to Mama) how does this thing fly and a hundred other wheres and whys, you really don't know but you try". This one rings true for me because both of my children (especially Kate) are so inquisitive about soooooo many things and I feel so blessed to be able to teach them.

I have several friends who don't have children and I just can't imagine what life would be like without them. It just wouldn't seem full. Christmas without kids??? I guess that is why I fear the future so much. I don't know what I will do with myself when they are grown. I guess this is one of the reasons I always wanted more kids. I am only 31 and who knows what the future holds right?
