New Desktop Wallpaper!!!

So, I have spent the last 3 hours (with a few interruptions) working on my May Desktop! Pretty satisfied with the way it turned out. Every month I have tried to slip Mickey in somewhere! This month? I tried to use all of the world cuz for God's sakes..

THERE'S ONLY 32 DAYS LEFT!!

Kate was in early this morning to talk with me as I was working on this. She said "when did I....did I wear that??" LOLLL The joy of PSP and while we're at it...THANK GOD FOR MY COMPUTER!!!! Without it, I may be forced to read or walk or something constructive! UGH!!! NOT THE LIFE FOR ME!!!!

Today was Kate's field trip to Science City. I can't tell you how much I wanted to go with her. One of the things I committed to MONTHS ago when I was cutting costs..was that there would be NOTHING extra. I haven't been real good with that but if I went with her today, that would have been extra money for me to attend and I always try to treat my kids equally...so I couldn't go on her field trip and NOT go on Andy's later this month. So I decided to skip them both. I gave her one of the disposable cameras that I had gotten for our trip and we headed out last night to get her lunchable and jolly ranchers she wanted for the bus ride. I have always kinda been a worry wart (thanx Mom). I told her when she left this morning not to jump up and down and be crazy with that candy in her mouth! I always picture the worst. I will have to manage to rest sometime today as I have been up all night creating and I have a meeting this afternoon that I have to attend.

Still hoping for that windfall to come in before my trip...as that special day grows closer...it is more of a reality to me that I am TRULY on my own!
